Lots of life in yesterday's creel, including some amazing wee crabs that were fascinating to examine in the magnifying tubs. 

Flashback to our brilliant NatureScot Future Routes supported SeaRoutes project that we ran this time last year and the day we were lucky enough to meet one of our very own local octopuses in one of the research creels! 

It takes a village....and our gannet ambassador Cailean is really grateful to everyone in Ullapool that stepped up over the past two days to help this wee guga get to safety!

Well done to these intrepid 6 sea savers for braving Storm Amy and heading along to the Draft Marine and Coastal Restoration Plan consultation event at the village hall yesterday.
